Pipedrive sells you a pipeline. Then it sells you everything else.
Pipedrive, Calendly, DocuSign and Mailchimp pricing verified against public pricing pages, 21 July 2026. Annual-billing rates throughout.
Pipedrive is a good pipeline tool. The problem is that a pipeline is about a third of what a sales team needs, and Pipedrive charges separately for the rest — automations one tier up, sequences two tiers up, e-signatures as an add-on, campaigns as another, scheduling as another. Then it multiplies the whole thing by your headcount.
Blob includes all of it on every plan, priced per workspace instead of per seat. A five-person team running Pipedrive with equivalent capability pays $2,290 a year. The same team on Blob pays $1,535. And most teams aren't even running that comparison, because they've already bought Calendly and DocuSign and Mailchimp separately — that real-world stack is about $5,400 a year.
Pipedrive is cheaper in exactly one case: one or two people who need a pipeline and nothing else. If that's you, take Pipedrive Essential and skip the rest of this page.
Most teams don't run Pipedrive on its own. By the time the workflow is real they've bought scheduling from Calendly, e-signatures from DocuSign and campaigns from Mailchimp — four subscriptions, four logins, four renewal dates, and customer data smeared across all of them.
| Pipedrive Advanced × 5 seats | $1,740 |
| Calendly Teams × 5 seats | $960 |
| DocuSign Standard × 5 seats | $1,500 |
| Mailchimp Standard, 5,000 contacts | $1,200 |
| Four tools, four logins, four renewals | $5,400 |
| Blob — Medium Blob, all of it included | $1,535 |
Conservative on purpose. DocuSign Standard, not Business Pro at $40 a seat. Calendly Teams at the annual rate. Mailchimp at the 5,000-contact tier — Blob Medium holds 20,000. Every substitution flatters the other stack, and the gap is still this wide.
$9,600 a year against Blob Large at $2,085. You keep $7,515 — 78%.
Strip out the other three tools and compare like for like — Pipedrive plus the add-ons needed to match what Blob includes as standard.
| Pipedrive Advanced × 5 seats | $1,740 |
| Smart Docs add-on | $390 |
| Campaigns add-on | $160 |
| Pipedrive total | $2,290 |
| Blob — Medium Blob | $1,535 |
| Pipedrive Advanced × 10 seats | $3,480 |
| Smart Docs add-on | $390 |
| Campaigns add-on | $160 |
| Pipedrive total | $4,030 |
| Blob — Large Blob | $2,085 |
Pipedrive multiplies. Every seat is another $29 or $59, and every add-on is charged per seat on top. Blob's price doesn't move until you cross a plan boundary — the same workspace price whether it's three people or ten. At two users the models are close. By ten, Pipedrive costs roughly twice as much for less.
Connect Stripe or Paddle read-only and every contact shows lifetime value, payment history, subscription state and churn risk, with MRR and ARR across the base. If you sell subscriptions, your CRM currently has no idea which of your pipeline already pays you.
Claude, Cursor or any MCP-compatible agent reads and acts on your CRM directly — search contacts, query deals, log notes, no copy-paste. Token-authenticated, per-tenant scoped, fully audited.
Agencies get every client in a physically separate database file, switchable from one login, with your branding. Pipedrive's answer is to buy a separate account per client.
Two-factor required rather than opt-in, self-service trusted-device management, and a full audit log on every plan — in Pipedrive that's Professional and above.

Every Blob plan is the same product. The five tiers differ only in how many users and contacts they hold — a two-person workspace gets identical capability to a forty-person one.
We'd rather tell you now than have you find out in week three.
Pipedrive has real iOS and Android apps with offline support. Blob installs to your home screen and works well on a phone, but it's a web app and it needs a connection.
Over 400 pre-built integrations, against Blob's REST API, two-way webhooks, native Zapier and Make.com receivers and MCP connector. If you need a connector to a niche tool, Pipedrive more likely has it off the shelf.
Pipedrive Professional has a genuinely good custom report builder. Blob has a fixed set of report cards. If board-level forecasting is central to how you run sales, that's a real gap.
Pipedrive's Web Visitors add-on identifies companies browsing your site. Blob has nothing equivalent and isn't building it.
Pipedrive has shipped since 2010 to around 100,000 companies. Blob is newer. If procurement asks how long you've been around, that's Pipedrive's answer to give, not ours.
If you need one or two seats and nothing beyond a pipeline, Pipedrive Essential at $336 a year beats us. We're not going to pretend otherwise.
One API key. Blob imports 17 entity types — contacts, organisations, deals, activities, notes, mail history, products, deal products, leads, lead labels, files, filters and custom fields, plus your pipelines, stages, users and lost-reason options. Idempotent, so you can re-run it as often as you like without creating duplicates.
Custom fields stay usable. Pipedrive stores them under hashed keys. Most importers carry the values across and leave them invisible. Blob surfaces them as named, editable fields on the record.
Mail history keeps its threading. Conversations are rebuilt from the original message headers, so they stay attached to the right contact and deal instead of arriving as a pile of loose emails.
Fourteen-day trial, no credit card. If you don't like it, export everything to CSV or JSON — the window stays open 30 days.
For three or more users, yes — typically 30–50% cheaper than Pipedrive plus the add-ons needed to match Blob's standard feature set, and around 70–80% cheaper than the Pipedrive-plus-Calendly-plus-DocuSign-plus-Mailchimp stack most teams actually run. For one or two users who need only a pipeline, Pipedrive Essential is cheaper at $336 per year.
Yes. One API key imports 17 entity types including contacts, organisations, deals, activities, notes, mail history, products, leads, files, filters and custom fields, plus pipelines, stages, users and lost-reason options. The import is idempotent so it can be re-run safely, and most teams finish in under ten minutes. Custom fields arrive named and editable rather than as Pipedrive's hashed keys, and email threading is preserved.
Native iOS and Android apps with offline support, a marketplace of over 400 pre-built integrations, a stronger custom report builder and revenue forecasting, and reverse-IP visitor identification through its Web Visitors add-on. Blob has no equivalent to those.
No. Blob is priced per workspace. Adding teammates does not change your bill until you cross a plan's user count. Pipedrive charges per seat, and its add-ons are also charged per seat.
The workspace becomes read-only. You keep access to every record and can export to CSV or JSON for 30 days. Nothing is deleted without your confirmation, and paying at any point during that window restores full access immediately.
Competitor pricing verified against public pricing pages on 21 July 2026, using annual-billing rates. Stack comparison uses Pipedrive Advanced, Calendly Teams, DocuSign Standard and Mailchimp Standard at 5,000 contacts. Vendors repackage regularly — if a figure here is out of date, tell us and we'll fix it. We'd rather be accurate than flattering.
14 days. No credit card. Import from Pipedrive in ten minutes. If we're not your CRM by day 15, you walk — with a full export.
